How long will you keep my order?
We will keep your order for 48hrs after scheduled pick up time as we have limited space.
Where to do I go to pick up my order?
To pick up your order, collect at the selected store location at purchase. We will send you an SMS and email 'ready to collect' when your order has been prepared. If you have not heard from us or need it sooner, please call the store.
What should I bring with me when I pick up my order?
We'll ask for your order number / name as proof of purchase. If someone else is collecting your order for you, please let us know so we can ensure a smooth pick up.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes, they can but we'll ask for your order number and to see your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Leave us a note at checkout too so we know you're happy for your friend or family member to pick up your order.
Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, changes cannot be made after payment has been processed. You will need to cancel your order (which will be refunded) and place a new order.
What happens if I can't pick up my order?
Please call up the store to cancel your order and a refunded will be processed.
