2.         Online Ordering & Pickup

2.1       Order Process

●          Online orders are available for click & collect only from our Whitfords and Bassendean store locations.

●          When placing an order, you must provide accurate and complete information.

●          Orders are confirmed via email once payment is successfully processed.

 

2.2       Pickup Terms

●          It is your responsibility to collect your order on the specified date and time.

●          Uncollected orders may not be eligible for refund and may be discarded after a reasonable period.

●          If you are unable to collect your order, please contact us immediately to arrange an alternative.

 

3.     Product Information, Pricing & Availability

 

3.1       Product Descriptions

We make every effort to describe our products accurately. However, we do not guarantee that the information is error-free. Images are for illustrative purposes only.

 

3.2       Pricing

●          All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

●          Prices are subject to change without notice.

●          Once an order is placed and paid for, the price is fixed unless otherwise agreed.

 

3.3       Availability

●          All products are subject to availability.

●          If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and offer an appropriate substitute or refund.

4.1       Payment Methods

We accept secure online payment through approved secure payment providers e.g. Stripe.

●          All payment transactions are processed using PCI-DSS compliant gateways.

●          Catalano’s does not store credit card details on our servers.

●          You must ensure your payment method is valid and that you are authorised to use it.

 

 

5.         Refunds, Cancellations & Consumer Rights

5.1       Change of Mind

Due to the perishable nature of seafood, we do not offer refunds for change of mind once the order has been confirmed.

 

5.2       Order Errors or Issues

 

If there is an issue with your order (e.g. incorrect item, quality concern), please notify us within 24 hours of collection. We may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the circumstances.

 

5.3       Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of seafood, we do not offer cancellations after the order has been confirmed.

 

5.4       Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
