Easy Garlic Snapper

Serves: 2

Cook Time: 5 minutes



INGREDIENTS

Catalano's Seafood Australian Tropical Snapper with Garlic & Herb Butter 200g

Olive Oil

Lemon


METHOD:

  1. Make sure the snapper is thawed completely before cooking.

  2. Heat a splash of oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

  3. Once the pan is hot, place the snapper in the pan and sauté for 2 minutes.

  4. Add the garlic & herb butter, allowing it to melt and coat the snapper. Cook for another 2 minutes until snapper turns slightly golden. Remove from heat

  5. Enjoy with a squeeze of lemon and a side of salad, chips
