'Ready to Eat' Black Tiger Prawns with Tzatziki Dip!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 packet of Catalano's Seafood Australian Black Tiger Prawns 200g - COOKED, PEELED & TAIL ON

  • 1 loaf of sourdough, sliced

  • lemon wedge

  • Fresh herbs, dill & parsley

  • sea salt & black pepper


Tzatziki Ingredients:

  • ½ (100g) continental cucumber ⁠

  • 2 cups (450g) Greek yoghurt⁠

  • ¼ bunch mint, herbs picked & finely chopped⁠

  • ½ cup dill, finely chopped ⁠

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced⁠

  • 1 lemon, juiced⁠

  • 1 tsp sea salt⁠

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, to serve ⁠

 

METHOD

  1. Grate the continental cucumber. Use paper towels or a nut bag to squeeze out the excess water.

  2. Place the grated cucumber in a mixing bowl with all of the remaining ingredients, except for the extra virgin olive oil. Mix until combined and season to taste with black pepper. ⁠

  3. Serve with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. ⁠
